Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy of the hotels and resorts of Zaradise Hospitality and Infra LLP is given below. Customers and visitors are requested to go through this to avoid ambiguity and disputes.

• Cancellation of booking done 15 days prior from check-in date; 50% cancellation charges and 50% amount shall be refunded to the customer.


• Cancellation of booking done between 7-15 days from check-in date; 75% cancellation charges and 25% amount shall be refunded to the customer.


• Cancellation of booking done within or equal to 7 days from check-in date; 100% cancellation charges and no refund would be given to the customer.
